Sverre Molvik has more than 25 years of experience within development and implementation of housing projects on the developer’s side. He has previously held positions such as Managing Director in Skanska Bolig AS, Regional Director in Peab Bolig AS, and Portfolio Director and CFO in Selvaag Bolig ASA. Molvik holds a bachelor degree of civil engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, UK, and holds in addition a master of business administration degree from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland. Molvik is a Norwegian citizen.

Øystein Klungland is responsible for developing and executing Selvaag Bolig's projects. He has long and broad experience from the development and execution of housing projects, both at builders and with construction clients. Klungland has an MSc in civil engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Klungland is a Norwegian citizen.

Christopher Brunvoll became group financial controller at Selvaag Bolig in 2010 and was the company’s chief controller from 2014 to 2020. He also served as a worker director for six years.In 2020, Brunvoll became CEO of Urban Property, a partner company which owns Selvaag Bolig’s land bank. He has been CFO of Selvaag Bolig since March 2021. Brunvoll has an MSc in accounting and auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers AS.

Line Lian Mjell started her career as a consultant in McKinsey & Company in 2010. From 2016 she worked at Verisure Norway as Head of Strategy, Finance Director and Director of Customer Marketing & Products. Mjell holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Université de Toulouse 1, France, and holds in addition a Master’s degree in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. She joined Selvaag Bolig in 2021 and leads the company’s departments for marketing, strategy and sustainability.
